The pamphlet ESCO & Building Energy Retrofits has been published as the achievement of this project, in which we proposed practical methods for measurement and verification of energy saving under the circumstances of Chinese industry, based on GB/T 28750-2012 of China and foreign guidelines such as IPMVP and ASHRAE Guideline14. Abundant cases may act as references for energy management contract. First part of the pamphlet introduces our methods in format of guideline. The second part compiles all the pilot-study cases concerning EMC.
